1. About the service

The service provider is Matrix S.r.l., Via Fatebenefratelli 10, 20121 Milan, Italy, which you can contact at info@teamkeys.net.

TeamKeys is the service's brand.

The service includes public pages about leagues, teams, players and standings, as well as articles.

The web app includes TK Scouting, TK Performance, TK Neuroscience, TK Data and TK Impact; the service also includes TeamKeys AI.

Personal data processing and the use of cookies are covered separately in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Who can use TeamKeys

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

The service is available to clubs, leagues, federations, agents, scouts, coaches and individuals, including people who qualify as consumers under applicable law.

3. Your account

Public website pages can be accessed without an account, while the web app requires registration.

When registering, you must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and take responsibility for activity on your account.

Each licence covers one person, so login credentials must not be shared.

Matrix may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, notifying the user where required by law.

4. Plans and payments

The plans are Free, at no charge; Pro, at €49 per month or €490 per year; and Club and Enterprise, priced by quotation.

Current prices are published on the website's pricing page and exclude VAT.

Monthly Pro subscriptions renew each month and can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect after the paid month ends.

Except where statutory withdrawal or other mandatory rights apply, no refund is due for any unused portion of a month already started.

Annual Pro subscriptions are paid upfront for twelve months.

Where a free trial is offered, its duration is stated at registration and no automatic charge applies when it ends.

To continue after the trial, you choose a plan.

Club, Enterprise and TeamKeys AI for organisations are governed by separate written contracts, which take precedence where they differ from these terms.

Matrix may change future prices, notifying existing subscribers before renewal so they can cancel.

5. Consumer withdrawal and conformity rights

Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision to info@teamkeys.net.

If you expressly request paid service during those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only for the service already received.

Any refund due will be made within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.

Consumers in the European Union benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital services.

6. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the service for your own work or personal interests, subject to the restrictions below.

Scraping, crawling and automated extraction of data, statistics, standings, TeamKeys Rating, player profiles or content are prohibited, regardless of the tool used.

Reselling, republishing or commercially exploiting the data requires a written licence from Matrix; bulk data is available through TK Data, including API access.

Excessive use that burdens the service and attempts to bypass technical restrictions or access limits are prohibited.

You must not decompile or copy the software.

The service must not be used for unlawful activities, harassment or activities that harm minors.

The service is not intended for betting and does not provide betting advice.

7. Content and intellectual property

The software, databases, processed statistics, TeamKeys Rating, TK Impact, text and graphics belong to Matrix or its licensors.

These materials are protected by copyright and database rights.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your plan.

League and club names and logos belong to their respective owners; embedded videos belong to the official YouTube channels that publish them.

8. Accuracy, availability and liability

Statistics and assessments come from public and official sources and Matrix models, and may contain errors or delays.

They support decision-making but do not guarantee sporting or financial outcomes, and you remain responsible for decisions made using the service.

Matrix's liability is subject to applicable law; no limitation applies to intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or restricts consumers' statutory rights.

The service may change, receive new features or be interrupted for maintenance; Matrix gives notice of planned interruptions where possible.

9. Changes to these terms

Matrix may update these terms and will notify registered users of material changes before they take effect.

If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account or cancel your subscription.

The last updated date appears at the top of this page.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Complaints can be sent to info@teamkeys.net, and Matrix will respond within 14 days.

Italian law governs these terms, and the courts of Milan have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer protections below.

Consumers retain access to the courts where they live and the protection of mandatory rules in their country.
