Two best games, hand-picked. How does he decide in the rest?
The score is built from a full season of possessions, and it reads as a percentile inside his league.

cognitive indicators
TK Neuroscience builds a cognitive profile for every player in the database, from the game itself rather than from a lab test. Four domains, Control, Attention, Prediction and Resilience, plus spatial intelligence, turn into a chemistry read on a roster you are considering, so you can plan the fit instead of hoping for it.
It is built for general managers and for anyone assembling a roster that has to work together.
Four domains, twelve indicators, read from the game.
Control
Moderate- Game consistency52
- Possession discipline47
- Play control35
Governing a possession: selecting the most efficient solution, holding off the cognitive error, and keeping decision quality stable as the load rises.
Attention
Elite- Attentional focus97
- Selection77
- Game reading59
Perceiving, selecting and updating what matters while the possession is still running, and turning it into a choice that fits the context.
Prediction
Elite- Positioning89
- Timing100
- Interception60
Building an anticipatory model of what is about to happen and acting before it does, which in a game played at this speed is a structural advantage.
Resilience
High- Impact73
- Error control44
- Load balance79
Holding decision quality and output when physical and cognitive pressure peak, which is exactly where a season is decided.
Example data
What is inside
Percentile, not a grade
A score of 75 means the player is above 75% of the league in that domain, in that season. Prediction is normalised by role, so a guard and a centre are comparable.
Team DNA
The collective cognitive signature of a squad: the domain a team is systematically built on, which is what a new signing has to fit into.
NeuroFit: similarity and affinity
Similarity says whether the player thinks the way your system requires, affinity says whether he fills the cognitive gaps your roster has. Being good is not enough if neither is true.
TeamKeys is a tool that pushes you to pay attention to every single detail. Once you start using it, you can no longer settle for less, and more importantly, you run out of excuses.
Giorgia SottanaPlayer, LBFQuestions people ask
Is this a psychological test?
No. The profile is built from how a player actually decides inside the game, on possessions already in the database, without asking the player to sit through anything.
What does it change for a roster?
It puts a name on the part of fit that used to be intuition, which means chemistry becomes something you plan rather than something you discover in November.
Which players are covered?
The cognitive profile currently covers more than 39,500 players, a narrower set than the full database because it needs richer possession data.
How much does it cost?
TK Neuroscience is quoted on the leagues and the use case rather than sold from a list, so the price follows the coverage you actually need.
The other three
Open the database on one player, then decide.
No card, no call. Start with a name you know better than anyone, and see whether we tell you something you did not have.
