TK Performance answers what a coaching staff asks between two games: which combinations are actually working, what the next opponent does, and what changed since last month. It reads your own numbers and writes the report, so nobody on your bench spends Sunday night in a spreadsheet.
It is built for head coaches, assistant coaches and performance staff.

Net rating per 100 possessions with both on the floor. Read across a row and down a column.

Your five man units, ranked
Example dataEvery unit carries both sides: what it produces and what it concedes. The net rating is the gap between the two rows.
Under a hundred minutes together a unit is a hint to check on video, not a finding.

What is inside
Game night
Play by play, while the game runs
Events land as they happen, and the AI reads them live: which action keeps producing, which one the opponent has started to trap, which five is holding up right now.
Last game, already read
Quarter by quarter, your numbers against theirs, and the two lists a staff actually argues about: what worked and what did not.
The days in between
Lineups and combo duos
Most and least efficient five man units and two player combinations, ranked by net rating with the minutes they really played together, and a minimum minutes filter so a fluke never tops the list.
On the floor, and off it
Pick a player from the roster and the team is read against his presence. Offence and defence on two tabs: what the team produces on one, what it concedes on the other. Rating, points, shots with percentages, rebounds, assists, turnovers, fouls and PIR, all per forty minutes.
Quarter by quarter
Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and overtime, for one player or for the whole team. The total is not the average of the quarters: it is rebuilt on the real volumes, production summed over minutes summed. They are two different numbers, and anyone reading quarters knows why.
When he scores, not only how much
Production spread across the season, by quarter, in five minute blocks or minute by minute. Sort by volume, or by centre of gravity, that is the average minute at which a player scores. The team row sits on top, so one man is read inside the whole.
Game minus one
Opponent, broken down
Their lineups, their strengths and weaknesses, where they hurt you and where they give something away, ready before you meet them.
Matchups, player by player
Who to put on whom, with the numbers of both sides of the pairing rather than an impression from the last time you played them.
Next game preparation
Opponent rating and rank, projected margin, their starting five, second unit and small ball group, and the scorers who decide their games.
League context
Offensive rating against defensive rating for the whole league on one chart, with the league averages drawn in, so you see the field and not just your own row.
Automated pre and post game reports
Written by AI from your own data and delivered to the coaching staff before and after every game, with no analyst in the loop.
Access to information is key to understanding the logic behind a decision, the why. That's exactly what TeamKeys helps you with.
Marco RamondinoHead Coach, LBAQuestions people ask
Do we need an analyst to use it?
No. The work of assembling and comparing the numbers happens before anyone opens the platform, which is the point of it.
How many minutes make a lineup readable?
There is no magic threshold, but under a hundred minutes together it is better treated as a hint to check on video than as a finding.
Are the reports generic or about our team?
They are written from your own numbers and your next opponent, which is why they arrive before the game rather than as a template.
Can we compare ourselves with any team in the league?
Yes, in one click, on a full radar across offensive and defensive dimensions.
